An Inconvenient Truth

Book lovers love books. Wise book lovers know that the people who write those books

a) have a bias

b) have an opinion

c) have an agenda (sometimes as innocuous as wanting people to buy their book)

d) don’t necessarily mean their books to be read by everyone

Wise book lovers don’t want books banned. But they should be handled with respect and an analytical eye and…wisdom. Especially adults guiding impressionable young readers. This isn’t in my video, but a wise adult will at least know what their child is reading and prepare to discuss what is read.
