Maiden voyage of a video blog post

I made a video. Please watch. If you want the recipe for the molasses cookies I’ll put it in tomorrow. With the correct amount of butter.

  1. Dear Anita,
I loved your YouTube video. It was so fun to listen to you “set the scene”, read the poem, and hear your voice again. I realized it has been a long time since we have actually heard each other’s voices. I have a few Fall things, (leaf broach, squirrel with a nut broach, a couple fall shirts) but usually don’t get them out in time to use at the “right” time. Life keeps “throwing changes” my way as I try to “organize” things, but I also have had to learn to be thankful and OK with those “bumps” along our way and keep learning from them no matter what. God never promised our lives would be easy, but He did promise to stay with us.
Enjoy the yummy molasses cookies. They are out of my diet now since I am sure they include eggs and flour, two of several ingredients I no longer can have. Have a Happy Fall! God is Good! All the Time, God is Good!

    1. Amen! And a squirrel with a nut broach sounds adorable!
So good to hear from you,
Glad you got a great vacation in this summer. Hopefully life will take a break from throwing stuff at you for awhile!
